	CORPORATE PLANS AVAILABLE AT DISCOUNTED RATES Please call the gym for more information.


	Membership Fee A $15.00 membership fee (per person) is due the first month that you join. Accounts more than 90 days past due will require a new membership fee.


	Prorated Days Payments are due on the 1^st of each month. If you join after the 10^th of the month your membership will be prorated at $1.00 a day throught the end of the month.

Monthly Membership Dues- (Your first workout is free)

Rates include unlimited use of weights, cardio equipment and group exercise classes

Individual - 14 years and older (Members 14-16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent)

* EFT=Electronic Fund Transfer-Bank Draft ( A $25.00 fee will be assessed on EFT's and checks returned due to insufficient funds.)
** Sales Tax is included in all dues and fees.
